Biscuits and Gravy!!!

This one is for Dad! Food, yet again. :) I finally got to try my hand at making biscuits and gravy today since Mom and Dad sent me some cream of tartar. It was the only ingredient I couldn't find here. The gravy wasn't just like Dad's, and I crispied the bottom of the biscuits a bit, but other than that, it turned out quite delicious. And Pedro ate a TON, so I guess I passed the test. :)
